Ingredients
  • ¼cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼cup sesame seeds
  • ½cup flaxseed flour
  • ¼cup warm water
  • 3tsp rosemary
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir well until a well-combined mixture is formed.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 Minutes
  3. Then, cover the surface of a cutting board with parchment paper.
  4. Take the dough with your hands and begin to flatten it out. Make a square about the size of the Instant Vortex’s inner rack. To make it easier, you can place another sheet of parchment paper on top, that way you will be able to stretch it out better and more evenly.
  5. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 13 Minutes and temperature to 400˚F (205˚C). Press Start.
  6. Once Add Food appears on the display, place the parchment paper with the dough on the rack.
  7. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and close. Allow to continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
  8. Remove and let cool. Then cut into small, even squares.
  9. You can serve with salsa, cheese, or whatever you like.
