Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast approx. 1kg
  • 1/3 cup of beer
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp of sillao soy
  • 1 tbsp of panca pepper
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • salt

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix well the beer, mustard, soy sauce, panca pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the previous mixture all over the chicken and between the skin and the meat. If you have a kitchen syringe, you can inject the chicken with the sauce. Let stand in the refrigerator ideally 2 hours.
  3. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Grill/Roast , set time to 45 Minutes and temperature to 374°F . Press Start .
  4. Once the panel shows Add Food add the chicken bone side down.
  5. After 15 minutes, open the tray and turn the chicken for another 20 minutes.
  6. Once the total 35 minutes have passed, turn the chicken over again, bathe again with the remaining sauce and leave for 10 more minutes.
  7. To enjoy! Accompany with fries or some salad.
