Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast approx. 1kg
- 1/3 cup of beer
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp of sillao soy
- 1 tbsp of panca pepper
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix well the beer, mustard, soy sauce, panca pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Spread the previous mixture all over the chicken and between the skin and the meat. If you have a kitchen syringe, you can inject the chicken with the sauce. Let stand in the refrigerator ideally 2 hours.
- Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Grill/Roast , set time to 45 Minutes and temperature to 374°F . Press Start .
- Once the panel shows Add Food add the chicken bone side down.
- After 15 minutes, open the tray and turn the chicken for another 20 minutes.
- Once the total 35 minutes have passed, turn the chicken over again, bathe again with the remaining sauce and leave for 10 more minutes.
- To enjoy! Accompany with fries or some salad.
