Ingredients
  • 15 asparagus spearswashed
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½tsp salt
  • ¼tsp pepper
  • 1tbsp fresh chivesfinely chopped
Instructions
  1. Cut off ¾ in (2 cm) from the ends of the asparagus stems Put the asparagus in a bowl and season with the condiments listed above.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180ºC). Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the Instant Vortex basket and spread out the asparagus on the rack. Close.
  4. When Turn Food appears on the display, shake the asparagus, close again and continue cooking.
  5. Remove and serve.
