Ingredients
- 15 asparagus spears washed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped

Instructions
- Cut off ¾ in (2 cm) from the ends of the asparagus stems Put the asparagus in a bowl and season with the condiments listed above.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180ºC). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the Instant Vortex basket and spread out the asparagus on the rack. Close.
- When Turn Food appears on the display, shake the asparagus, close again and continue cooking.
- Remove and serve.
