Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2small eggs
  • 2large carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley(leaves only)
  • Enough flour to form the fritters
  • Greek yogurt with curryfor dipping
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, egg, salt, pepper, grated carrot, chopped parsley and flour, and form the fritters.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C) . Press Start .
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the fritters. Close tray and let cook.
  4. When done, serve immediately with Greek yogurt mixed with curry powder.
  5. For crispier fritters, instead of 10 Minutes, make it 13 Minutes and check.
