Great
does it have to be bone in ribs? Can I use the ones without the bones instead?
May I use a mixture of chuck roast and short ribs?
Will there be much sauce or liquid?
I had 4 short ribs so, I cut the recipe in a quarter but I also added cumin. chili powder, smoked paprika and a dash of ceyenne pepper because I intented to use the meat for tacos and it was to die for!! I put it in for 30 minutes, shredded all the meat and ate it all up in my tacos and there was no left overs between my husband and I! Super yummy!
