Rainbow Sprinkle Doughnuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp all spices
- 1½ tsp quick yeast
- ½ cup milk
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
For the glaze:
- 1 1/2 cup Icing sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 to 5 drop desired food coloring adjust the amount depending on the final color desired

- In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar salt, all spices and quick yeast. Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl whisk the milk, melted butter and egg until just combine.
- Add the egg mixture into the flour mixture and combine using silicon spatula, transfer the dough to a clean work surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let the dough rise for 1:30 to 2 Hours .
- Once the dough has risen, place it on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 – 10 pieces each piece should weigh between 20 to 25 grams. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet, brush them with the melted butter and let them rise for another 30 Minutes .
- In the meantime, make the glaze, in a small bowl combine the icing sugar, milk, vanilla extract and the food coloring. If using different color divide the glaze before adding the food coloring.
- Select Bake 350°F and set the time for 5 Minutes Press Start .
- When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, brush the basket with some melted butter and place the donuts inside of the basket. Bake in batches if needed.
- When the cooking time is completed open the basket and carefully dip the donuts into the glaze using tongs, as the donuts will be hot.
- Set on a cooling rack. Top with sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy!
