So goid
This was amazing. I left it for 2 min on pressure cook. It was closer to medium but still very pink.
This was super good thank you! I did 2 minutes it was at 140 I did another minute.
How can I substitute dry herbs for the tiny amount of fresh?
Amazing! I used a bordeaux wine and served with polenta & stir fried asparagus. Very easy to put together resulting in a 5 star meal.
5 Stars! One of the best things I’ve ever made
Thanks! This recipe saved the day! I was told I’d have to marinade and it would be an all day recipe. I didn’t know how to or have time to explain I was using an instant pot (well, mine is a different brand), but I knew there would be a better way than all day! Here it is. About to try it, sounds like it’s gotten rave reviews! Going away happy.
This was a great recipe! Simple, and easy. I did the one minute as the recipe suggested … very rare! If you like it a little less rare, do the extra minute as some people have suggested. I followed with a little pan sear, with butter, and it was great!
I followed the recipe exactly. But I did three minutes. It turned out just right there was a little pink but not much. I would call that medium
Is one minute 1:00?
It was perfect, and I did not use bay leaves (don’t like them). Still the dish was amazing. And the gremolata….i love raw garlic and had no problem with it. Visit us: https://www.beckandbulow.com
I just followed this for Easter. I had two 4 lb lambs. After an hour, the time recommended for rare for 4 lbs, the internal temperature was barely 80. I upped the temperature to 350 degrees and it took almost another hour to get to medium rare so it threw my timing off for dinner. However, luckily, the lamb was moist and delicious. and please visit us: https://www.beckandbulow.com
This recipe came out terrible. The meat was raw & sauce was flavorless. Ruined a very expensive piece of meat and new years eve dinner.
Thank you very much for this wonderful dish idea! For anyone who asked for Instant Pot accessories, check out this Amazon store – https://amzn.to/3rzTm7K
