Ingredients
To Prep:
  • 2 tsp coconut or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 tbsp chia
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 apple, grated
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cups almond milk
  • cups water
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
To Serve:
  • Berries, almonds, peanut butter, and maple syrup or honey.

Instructions
  1. Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and pour in the oil. Press Saute and set time to 1 Minute. Wait for the coconut oil to melt and press Cancel. If using vegetable oil, skip this step.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients for the porridge. Mix.
  3. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 13 Minutes.
  4. Once the time is up, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid and remove the porridge. Serve with berries, almonds, peanut butter, and maple syrup or honey.
