Ingredients
For the pizza:
  • ️1 lb puff pastry dough 500 g
  • ½ lb pepperoni 200 g
  • 4 ¼ cups Manchego or mozzarella cheese grated or shredded, 350 g
  • Oregano powder
  • 1 egg beaten
For the tomato sauce:
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions
  1. Place the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and select the Puree option. Set aside.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/16 in (2 mm) in the shape of a rectangle. Spread the tomato purée, add grated or shredded cheese (set aside for garnishing), and pepperoni. Roll up lengthwise, cut into pieces ¾” (2 cm) wide.
  3. With a brush, brush the rolls with the egg.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 375˚F (190˚C). Press Start.
  5. Once the time is up, add the rest of the cheese on top along with the oregano powder and put back in for 2 minutes at 390ºF (199ºC).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve with the rest of the tomato sauce, and enjoy.
