Ingredients
For the pizza:
- ️1 lb puff pastry dough 500 g
- ½ lb pepperoni 200 g
- 4 ¼ cups Manchego or mozzarella cheese grated or shredded, 350 g
- Oregano powder
- 1 egg beaten
For the tomato sauce:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Water

Instructions
- Place the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and select the Puree option. Set aside.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/16 in (2 mm) in the shape of a rectangle. Spread the tomato purée, add grated or shredded cheese (set aside for garnishing), and pepperoni. Roll up lengthwise, cut into pieces ¾” (2 cm) wide.
- With a brush, brush the rolls with the egg.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 375˚F (190˚C). Press Start.
- Once the time is up, add the rest of the cheese on top along with the oregano powder and put back in for 2 minutes at 390ºF (199ºC).
- Garnish with fresh parsley, serve with the rest of the tomato sauce, and enjoy.
