I made it with soymilk, bc that’s all I had. I think the sugar needs some serious reduction, maybe 1/3 cup? Otherwise quick and satisfying dessert.
Very very good. I’ve made it several times now an it is as good as ever! Thank you.
Perfect at 10 minutes!
Perfect pudding!
Half the sugar would be twice as good.
Used 1/2 cup of sugar instead and came out perfect.
Rice was still uncooked after the 5 mins. Put another 5 minutes to get the rice cooked.
Very easy dessert, put in a large pyrex dish and refrigerated. The cardamom is very flavorful.
I keep getting the “burn food” message. What am I doing wrong?
Good and easy recipe.
Round 1, tried the recipe as is but the pudding came out very dry.
Round 2, I reduced sugar to half and doubled the milk quantity. Pudding came out way better. I think if i skip the last of 10 min standby, pudding might come out even better as it might be littlemilky.
Milk thickening process takes an hour at least and you say 5 minutes?
