Instructions
  1. Mash the banana and then combine with all the other wet ingredients.
  2. Add the dry ingredients and mix very well. Divide into 2 portions.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set temperature to 355ºF (180ºC) and time to 5 Minutes. Press Start.
  4. You can eat it like this while hot or let cool.
  5. If you don't have flavored protein powder, you may need to add some sweetener (sugar, coconut sugar, etc.). Add ½ tbsp and check for sweetness.
