Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder or plain protein powder + 2 tsp cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- chocolate chips optional

Instructions
- Mash the banana and then combine with all the other wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix very well. Divide into 2 portions.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set temperature to 355ºF (180ºC) and time to 5 Minutes. Press Start.
- You can eat it like this while hot or let cool.
- If you don't have flavored protein powder, you may need to add some sweetener (sugar, coconut sugar, etc.). Add
½ tbsp and check for sweetness.
