  • 10-15 prosciutto slices
Lemon garlic aioli:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine the lemon garlic aioli ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a piece of prosciutto.
  3. If you have very thin asparagus spears, wrap 2 pieces in prosciutto.
  4. Select Air Fry and set the time and temperature to 350°F for 6 Minutes.
  5. When preheated, add the asparagus into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. When the Turn Food notification sounds, pull out the basket and shake a few times. Insert the basket back into the air fryer to finish cooking.
  7. When the cooking time is complete, use tongs and transfer the asparagus to a serving platter.
  8. Serve with the lemon garlic aioli!
