Ingredients
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 cups flour
- ½ (100 g) cup butter

Instructions
- Activate the yeast with the water (warm) for a few minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (salt, sugar, and flour).
- Add the bowl of water and instant yeast to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until a smooth, homogeneous dough is formed.
- Make long strips and then twist, making a type of open-ended braid.
- Brush with melted butter and a bit of salt.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press AIR FRY and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, add the pretzels. Close the tray and let cook.
- Remove and finish with a bit more butter. Serve hot.
