  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • ½ (100 g) cup butter

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups flour

Instructions
  1. Activate the yeast with the water (warm) for a few minutes. 
  2. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (salt, sugar, and flour).
  3. Add the bowl of water and instant yeast to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until a smooth, homogeneous dough is formed. 
  4. Make long strips and then twist, making a type of open-ended braid. 
  5. Brush with melted butter and a bit of salt. 
  6. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press AIR FRY and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
  7. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the pretzels. Close the tray and let cook.
  8. Remove and finish with a bit more butter. Serve hot.
