Instructions
For the Sauce
  1. Mix together Frank's RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce, butter, Worcestershire, Brown sugar and salt and microwave for 15 seconds, or until butter is melted.
For the Wings
  1. Pour water (or water hot sauce mix) into the Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
  2. Place trivet in bottom of cooking pot. Place wings on trivet in cooking pot.
  3. Lock on lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes. When Beep sounds, allow a 5 minute natural release and then a quick release.
  4. Place oven rack in center of oven and turn oven on to Broil.
  5. Carefully remove wings from Pressure Cooker cooking pot and place on cookie sheet.
  6. Brush generously with the sauce and place in oven for 5 minutes, then flip and brush on more sauce and broil for another 5 minutes. If needed, repeat on each side until crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and toss the wings quickly in the remaining sauce and then serve with Blue Cheese Dressing and celery sticks.

I just got the instant pot and my first time using it. I adjusted the sauce to our taste, not so much franks… but its so good!

I made this last night for my new year’s party and it was a hit. Eight pounds of wings gone in an hour. This was my second time using the instant pot. I am not a cook at all, so I just bought the pre-made buffalo sauce and that made it even easier.

Came out perfectly..actually left them in the oven a bit longer for more crispier wings..sprinkled lemon pepper on them before going into the oven. Maybe 10 mins per side.

Followed the recipe, turned out easy and DELICIOUS!! Will add a little more hot sauce next time, though.

They are looking choice, but I had to add 10 per side to the broil-repeat section, at altitude- with oven set at Broil Hi. I recommend using this sauce as a base and adding Sweet Baby Rayd or Buffalo Wild Wings sauces, for center stage.

Even w/ some adjustments, Jill has a crazy good recipe going here. Fun- wanted to follow verbatim, but had to make few altitude and sauce changes (mine was watery for me) but they turned out incredible!
