Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to INSTANT POT inner pot.
  2. Secure lid in place > Turn valve to SEALING > Select MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK > Adjust time to 3 minutes > After 10 seconds display will read ON
  3. When time has lapsed > Allow for NATURAL PRESSURE RELEASE for 10 minutes > QUICK RELEASE remaining pressure by turning valve to VENTING > Remove lid away from you
Recipe Notes

Grains cooked pot-in-pot require longer cooking time than cooking directly in inner pot. e.g. white rice directly in inner pot would be set to only 3 minutes.

This recipe does not work. Its either too much water or not enough rice. How it is, is a joke.

Well, you must realize, 1 cup water goes into the IP, and 1/2 cup water goes into the rice. It is a great way to do rice.

Why is every Instant Pot recipe I’ve seen incomplete? Besides not being clear about some of the rice in a small bowl/pot with the rice, and some in the main IP pot, it doesn’t specify high or low pressure.
