Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 ⅓ lb (225 g) ground pork
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the wontons:
- 15 wonton dumplings
- Spray Oil (to lightly spray)
- Egg white or water (to seal edges)
To serve:
- Tamarind or soy sauce
- Sesame Seeds

Instructions
- Mix all the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
- Assemble the wontons by placing a little bit of filling in the center of each dumpling, then moisten the sides and fold in half, forming a triangle. Moisten the loose tips and seal (crossing them).
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 7 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, put the wontons in and spray them with a little oil on top. Close.
- Halfway through cooking, turn them over and spray them with a little more cooking spray.
- Finally, serve with tamarind or soy sauce.
