For the filling:
  • 1 ⅓ lb (225 g) ground pork
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the wontons:
  • 15 wonton dumplings
  • Spray Oil (to lightly spray)
  • Egg white or water (to seal edges)
To serve:
  • Tamarind or soy sauce
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions
  1. Mix all the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Assemble the wontons by placing a little bit of filling in the center of each dumpling, then moisten the sides and fold in half, forming a triangle. Moisten the loose tips and seal (crossing them).
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 7 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, put the wontons in and spray them with a little oil on top. Close.
  5. Halfway through cooking, turn them over and spray them with a little more cooking spray.
  6. Finally, serve with tamarind or soy sauce.
