- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ onion
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 6 drumsticks

- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set time to 10 Minutes. Add the olive oil and onion. Sauté until onion is translucent, stirring occasionally. When done, press Cancel.
- Add the vegetable broth, carrot, peas, salt, pepper, oregano, and chicken. Mix.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 15 Minutes.
- When done cooking, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid and remove the chicken with its broth. Serve hot.
