Pizza-Style Stuffed Mushrooms

This is where your imagination and taste buds can go wild. If pepperoni isn’t your thing, add bell peppers, olives, sausage, bacon, onions, or whatever you want! Ingredients
  • 1/4cup jarred pizza sauce
  • 8oz whole baby bella mushroomsstems removed, approximately 10
  • 1/2cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4cup small-diced pepperoni
  • 1cup Water
  • 5 fresh basil leavesjulienned
Instructions
  1. Spoon pizza sauce evenly into mushroom caps to cover bottoms. Top with mozzarella cheese and then pepperoni.
  2. Pour water into the Instant Pot. Place stuffed mushrooms in steamer basket, then insert basket in pot. Lock lid.
  3. Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 2 minutes. Adjust pressure to Low. When timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops. Unlock lid.
  4. Transfer mushrooms to a serving dish. Garnish with basil. Serve warm.
