Ingredients
For the oats:
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp of maca powder
  • 1 tbsp of kiwicha powder
  • 1 tbsp of cañihua powder
  • 2 tbsp of mixed seeds sunflower and poppy
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts almonds and raisins
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 1/4 cups non-dairy or whole milk
To decorate :
  • cashews, protein bar, goldenberry, strawberries, almond butter optional
For the yogurt:
  • 2 liters of whole milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt preferably without added sugar

Instructions
For the oats:
  1. Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot® and place the oat flakes with the seeds, nuts, cocoa powder, maca powder, kiwicha powder, cañihua and cinnamon powder.
  2. Then add the vegetable milk, water and vanilla. Stir with a hand whisk or spoon.
  3. Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the Oats/Cereals function and set the time to 10 Minutes.
  4. When finished cooking, press Cancel and turn the steam release valve to “Release”(Venting). Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and stir with a spoon.
  5. Serve in a bowl and decorate optionally with yogurt, cashews, protein bar, golden gooseberries, strawberries and almond butter.
For the yogurt:
  1. Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot® and pour in the whole milk. Add the natural yogurt and beat with a hand mixer or spatula.
  2. Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the Yogurt function and adjust the time for 8 Hours.
  3. Once ready, remove from the pot and place in a bowl to refrigerate for 2 hours. Then serve with oatmeal or your favorite fruit.
