Ingredients
- 1 organic baby chicken of 1 kg approx.
For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 ½ tbsp salt for the entire chicken
- 2 tbsp fresh black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chinese cinnamon or five-spice powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic blended
- 1 cup (250 ml) lager beer
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce or mushroom-flavored soy sauce

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a bowl refrigerating for at least 2 Hours or until the next day.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, set the time to 45 Minutes and the temperature 395˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
- Once the Add Food message appears, open the basket, rub the chicken with dark soy sauce and place it in the basket.
- When required, make sure to check food temperature using a thermometer.
- When the time is up, remove carefully and serve.
- Serve with fried potatoes made in the fryer and Creole chili pepper.
