Ingredients
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ red onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup ground coriander
- 2 tbsp yellow chili pepper
- 3 cups fish broth broth
- ½ cup Corn kernels
- ¼ cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup carrot diced
- 1 cup rice uncooked
- ½ cup peas
- Mixed Seafood

Instructions
- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set the time to 10 Minutes . Add onion, garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then place the ground coriander and yellow chili pepper.
- Add the broth or water, the corn, pepper, carrots, and rice.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Soup/Broth and set the time to 15 Minutes.
- About 5 minutes before finishing, add the seafood mix and the peas.
- Serve hot, with lemon and rocoto pepper.
