Ingredients
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 600 gr of ground beef
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 5 tbsp of panca pepper
- 750 gr of olluquito cut into strips
- 1 cup chicken/beef/vegetable broth or water
- parsley branches
- Chopped parsley leaves for decoration
- cumin to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot® and press the Saute function . Add a splash of olive oil and the ground meat, brown it for a few minutes, once ready, remove it and reserve it.
- Add one more drizzle of olive oil, then the onion and salt. Sauté until the onion is translucent. At that moment, add the garlic, the panca pepper, the cumin and the pepper to taste, fry for a few more minutes. Once this process is finished, press Cancel.
- Return the ground meat with its little toys and add the olluquito, the broth or water and the parsley sprigs. Mix so that all the flavors integrate.
- Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the Meat/Stew function, at High pressure level , and set the time to 35 Minutes .
- When finished cooking, press Cancel and turn the steam release valve to “release” (Venting). Once all pressure is released, open the lid of the Instant Pot® and stir.
- Serve accompanied by white rice and finally decorate on top with a little chopped parsley.
