Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 28 Hershey's kisses

- Sift flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together then whisk to combine.
- Cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugars in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
- Add the egg and mix until smooth then slowly, in a couple of additions, add flour mixture and beat until incorporated.
- Roll dough into one-inch balls.
- Add the cup of sugar to a small bowl, add the dough balls and roll them in the sugar until fully coated, then set aside.
- Select Bake 365°F / 185°C and set the time for 6 Minutes and Press Start .
- When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the balls inside of the basket leaving enough space between them.
- Bake in batches if needed.
- When the cooking time is completed open the basket and carefully press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Some cracks are ok.
- Close the basket again and select Bake 365°F / 185°C and set the time for 3 Minutes and Press Start.
- When the cooking time is completed, open the basket, and let the cookies cool down for about 10 Minutes before transferring to a rack.
