Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 lb white potato cubed
- ⅓ lb sliced ham diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- ⅔ cup pecan pieces diced
- 5 peaches diced
- salt as needed
- 3 tbsp mustard
- ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Insert the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and add the potatoes.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid, making sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Soup/Broth and set the time to 4 Minutes. When the time is up, release the steam (by turning the handle).
- Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid, remove the potatoes, strain, and set aside.
- When cooled, add all the other ingredients and mix everything very well.
- Serve and add a bit of nuts on top (it can be pecans or walnuts).
