  • 5 peaches assorted
  • ¾ cup whole oats
  • 30 drops stevia optional
  • ½ cup oat flour whole-grain flour or white flour + 1 extra tbsp for the fruit
  • ¼ cup panela or brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp (50g) cold butter, coconut oil, ghee, or olive oil

Instructions
  1. Chop the fruit, add 1 tbsp flour and stevia, mix well, and place in an oven-safe baking dish. Most of my kitchenware is packed away, so I used a glass bowl from the Prepware Pyrex Set of 4 Glass Bowls with Lids (once it’s done, cover it and it lasts up to 5 days refrigerated).
  2. For the crumble, mix the rest of the ingredients with your hands until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle over the fruit and put into preheated oven at 355ºF (180°C) for 20-25 Minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let cool and serve with ice cream or plain yogurt.
