Peach Crumble

Ingredients
- 5 peaches assorted
- ¾ cup whole oats
- 30 drops stevia optional
- ½ cup oat flour whole-grain flour or white flour + 1 extra tbsp for the fruit
- ¼ cup panela or brown sugar
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- 2 tbsp (50g) cold butter, coconut oil, ghee, or olive oil

- Chop the fruit, add
1 tbsp flour and stevia, mix well, and place in an oven-safe baking dish. Most of my kitchenware is packed away, so I used a glass bowl from the Prepware Pyrex Set of 4 Glass Bowls with Lids (once it’s done, cover it and it lasts up to 5 days refrigerated). - For the crumble, mix the rest of the ingredients with your hands until everything is well incorporated.
- Sprinkle over the fruit and put into preheated oven at 355ºF (180°C) for 20-25 Minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and serve with ice cream or plain yogurt.
