  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups of costeño cheese (Colombian white semihard cheese)
  • 1 cup of cassava starch
  • ½ cup corn starch
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (100 ml) milk

Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients well and knead.
  2. Then form balls of dough.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set the time the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 320˚F (160˚C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the rolls. Close tray and let cook.
