Ingredients
To prep:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chive finely sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli raw and chopped
- ½ zucchini sliced and quartered
- 1 cup oriental lentils red
- 1½ cups Water
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
For garnish:

Instructions
- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and add the olive oil, green onion, broccoli, and zucchini. Press Saute, pressure level High, for 5 Minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Add the lentils, water, salt, and garlic powder. Stir. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level Medium, and set time to 1 Minute.
- When done cooking, press Cancel. Then turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all steam has been released, open the lid.
- Serve hot with coconut husk chips.
