  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup orange juice 2 oranges
  • ¼ cup plain or Greek yogurt plain flavor
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
Optional for garnish:
  • confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, beat the 4 eggs with the sugar, oil, and orange juice. Gradually add in, little by little, the flour, baking powder, salt, yogurt, and, finally, the orange zest.
  2. Place the mixture in the pan and remove the rack that is inside the basket.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 40 Minutes and temperature to 345˚F (175˚C). Press Start.
  4. Very carefully, put the silicone pan inside the basket.
  5. Remove the pan, let cool, and unmold. Optional: dust cake with confectioner’s sugar.
