  • 1lbs large shrimppeeled, deveined, tails removed, 20-24pc
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4cup coconut milk
  • 1/2cup flour
  • 1/2cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1tsp Powdered garlic
  1. Rinse and dry the shrimp.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls.
  3. In the first bowl add the flour.
  4. In the second bowl whisk egg and coconut milk.
  5. In the third bowl combine the panko breadcrumbs, shredded coconut, salt, paprika and powdered garlic.
  6. Working one at a time, dip shrimp into flour, then coat in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to shake off the excess flour and breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, so they are not overlapping. Cook two batches if necessary.
  8. Make sure the cooking pan is inserted in the oven at the air fry level.
  9. Select Air Fry370°F and set time for 12 minutes.
  10. When oven is preheated, place the air fryer basket on the cooking pan.
  11. When cooking time is completed carefully remove the shrimp and place on serving platter.
  12. Serve with your favorite dip!
