Instructions
  1. Prepare the octopus by washing it with salt or flour, and then slightly blanch in boiling water.
  2. Prep garlic, onion, and carrot by finely chopping them.
  3. Crush whole tomatoes evenly, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add olive oil to Instant Pot and stir-fry Step 2 ingredients in Sauté setting.
  5. Add octopus legs, whole tomatoes, and bay leaves to Step 4 ingredients and cook in Soup/Broth setting for 3 Hours.
  6. After boiling noodles separately, serve on platter and pour sauce over them.
