Ingredients
- 28 oz (800 g) whole tomatoes
- 1 oz (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 octopus legs
- 1 bay leaf
- 7 oz (200 g) noodles
- pepperoncini to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ onion
- ½ carrot
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the octopus by washing it with salt or flour, and then slightly blanch in boiling water.
- Prep garlic, onion, and carrot by finely chopping them.
- Crush whole tomatoes evenly, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to Instant Pot and stir-fry Step 2 ingredients in Sauté setting.
- Add octopus legs, whole tomatoes, and bay leaves to Step 4 ingredients and cook in Soup/Broth setting for 3 Hours.
- After boiling noodles separately, serve on platter and pour sauce over them.
