Instructions
  1. Crush the almonds together with the oats for no more than two seconds. The objective is to lightly grind it so there are some crunchy pieces. Mix together the parsley and/or oregano, garlic, and season to taste.
  2. Coat chicken fillets with the ground oats, then dip in beaten eggs and lastly, coat with the crunchy mixture, covering on all sides.
  3. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC). Press Start
  5. When Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the food, then spread the fillets on the rack without stacking them. Process will need to be repeated for several separate batches.
  6. When the time is up, remove and serve.
