Noodle Soup with Meatballs
  • 12oz noodles No. 2200 g
  • 2lb ground meat900 g
  • 1 pumpkinfinely grated and drained
  • 1tbsp mustard
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1tsp Paprika powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepperto taste
  • 2tbsp bouillon powder
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 canned chipotle chili peppers
  • ¼ onion finely chopped
  • 1 garlic cloveminced
  • avocado oil
  1. Insert the stainless steel inner pot in the Instant Pot, press Saute, add avocado oil, and stir fry the onion and garlic. Add the noodle, once browned remove and set aside.
  2. Place tomatoes, chipotle chili, consommé powder and water up to maximum capacity of the Ace Nova blender and select Soup. Set aside.
  3. Place the meat in a bowl, add pumpkin and season with mustard, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and form small meatballs using your hands.
  4. Press Saute, add avocado oil and sear the meatballs. Add the tomato broth, strained, and add more water to fill up to ⅔ capacity. Check for seasoning, press Meat/Stew and set the time to 12 Minutes.
  5. When the time is up, carefully uncover the pot, add the stir fried noodles, cover again, press Soup/Broth, and set the time to 3 Minutes.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
