Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup onion
- ⅓ cup chives chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ red bell pepper diced
- 2 lb fresh mussels with shell well washed, without the beard, 1 kg
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 ½ cups Water
- 1 tsp salt
- cilantro as garnish
- lemon for serving

- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set cook time to 3 Minutes. Add
1 tbsp olive oil, onion, chives, garlic, and pepper. - Once done, add the mussels. Add the cup of white wine and a cup of water. Add
½ tsp of salt. - Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 4 Minutes.
- Once the time is up, let the steam release naturally or turn the steam release handle.
- Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and serve the mussels with the broth. You can add lemon and cilantro to garnish.
