Followed the recipe but mine came out undercooked. Put them back in for 0 mins at high pressure and only marginally better after. Maybe they need to be covered with foil so excess moisture doesn’t get in?
My husband loved it
Made a half recipe, used one egg and one yolk, cooked for total of 13 minutes after it was still soupy after only 9 min. Still didnt turn out on to the plate. Could eat it in ramekin like a pot de creme. Taste was wonderful with good belgian chocolate chips used.
I make this tonight but instead of 4 6oz rems i used 3 9oz, and then instead of 9 mins i did 15, turned out perfect! (:
