Ingredients
For the mini rolls:
  • 1lb (500 g) puff pastry dough
  • ½cup butterat room temperature
  • ½cup coconut or brown sugar
  • 2tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 eggbeaten
For the glaze:
  • ½cup powdered sugar
  • 2tbsp milk
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter with the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/16 in (2 mm) in the shape of a rectangle and spread with the butter mixture. Roll up lengthwise. Using a knife, cut into 1/16 in (2 mm) wide pieces. Finish shaping them with your hands and brush with egg wash.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 355°F (180°C).
  4. Let cool a bit before removing.
  5. Mix ingredients for the glaze and dunk the rolls in it or spread on top with a spoon.
