Meat was a bit bland for my taste so i added another 2 Tbs of lemon juice and 1/4 italian dressing at the end of the cook. This saved the day.
Added more salt & pepper and used double strength broth based on a reviewer’s comments that it was bland – full of flavor and delicious… not appreciated by one of my kids (known to be a picky eater). Delicious – husband loved it… will definitely make again!
Very delicious and easy. This was my first Insta pot recipe and it turned out well. Will definitely make it again.
