- 4 slice bacon
- 250 ml milk
- 75 g macaroni
- 80 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp milk

- Select Bake on the appliance and set the temperature to 191°C°C / 375°F and time for 4 Minutes and press Start.
- When prompted to Add Food, place the bacon inside and cook until desired crispiness. Once cooked, dice into small pieces.
- Using a dish big enough to fit into your appliance, add the milk, raw macaroni, most of the cheese (save a bit for the end), Dijon mustard, bacon, garlic and salt.
- Stir the ingredients together, cover the dish tightly with tin foil and place inside the appliance.
- Select Air Fry, and set the temperature to 188°C / 370°F and the time for 20 Minutes, and Press Start. (ignore when prompted to Add Food as your mac and cheese will already be inside!)
- When the cooking program finishes, take the macaroni and cheese our of the appliance and remove the foil.
- Combine the milk and corn flour then add this to the macaroni, stirring into the sauce until evenly distributed.
- Cover the mac with the remaining cheese.
- Select Air Fry (or Grill) on the same temp setting and cook for an additional 5-8 Minutes until golden and bubbly
