Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pouch of A Dozen Cousins A La Brasa Pollo Seasoning Sauce
  • 1/3 cup beef stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 roma tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 lb fries, (can be frozen)
  • A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice
  • Cilantro chopped

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 large red onion, sliced

Instructions
  1. Chop onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Slice steak into strips.
  2. Set Pressure Cooker on High Sauté and once preheated, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil.
  3. Add onion and steak and Saute for 5-8 Minutes, or until beef is browned.
  4. Add garlic, A Dozen Cousins Pollo A La Brasa Seasoning Sauce, beef stock, soy sauce, and white vinegar.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and Cook on High Pressure for 10 Minutes.
  7. Prepare french fries accordingly in Air Fryer.
  8. Once timer is done, allow pressure cooker to naturally release for 5 Minutes.
  9. Open lid and add tomatoes to the pot. Replace the lid and let it rest for another 5 Minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened.
  10. Add prepared french fries and stir to combine.
  11. Serve alongside A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice and garnish with cilantro.
