Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) sirloin or top sirloin cap
- 1 tsp garlic powder (if using garlic salt omit salt)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ oz (15 cc) olive oil
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- salt
- 1 tomato peeled and chopped
For the vegetables:
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 carrot sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 Italian squash cut in batonnets or slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Season the meat with the garlic, onion, pepper, and oregano, Add the olive oil and mix everything.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the meat together with the sprig of rosemary.
- When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and turn the meat. Remove from the tray and let rest on tomato.
- Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables, mixing them in a bowl with the olive oil and soy sauce.
- Without washing the Vortex container, set time tor 8 Minutes at 355ºF (180°C), cook and turn when Turn Food, appears on the display. Serve with the meat.
