Altered a bit. Added 2Tb butter with the olive oil. Added zest of 1 lemon & juice of 1/2 lemon to the arborio rice, seasoned with a peppercorn medley (grinder) & himalayan pink salt in lieu of the “zesty lemon herb sauce.”
