Ingredients
For the batter:
- ⅓ cup oat flour
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- ½ Juice of Lemon
- stevia to taste
For the frosting:
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- ½ Juice of Lemon
- lemon zest for garnish

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the oatmeal.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the container inside. Close.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the topping.
- When crust is ready, add topping.
- Lastly, garnish with lemon zest and 1 lemon cut into wedges.
