Instructions
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, bread, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  2. Caramelize a mold and pour in the mixture. Cover the mold with aluminum foil.
  3. Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®, add the rack and 1 ½ cups of water.
  4. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook and set time to 30 MINUTES.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.
