  • 2 burrito-style flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips

Instructions
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Meanwhile, carve a jack-o-latern face in the middle of one of the flour tortillas with a sharp paring knife. Discard the scraps.
  3. Place the uncarved tortilla in the preheated air fryer basket. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Place the carved tortilla on top of the cheese.
  4. Air Fry at 350°F / 175°C for 3-5 Minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is lightly crispy. To note, after 1 Minute of air frying, open the basket and gently pat down the tortilla on the sticky cheese to ensure the face doesn’t blow or crinkle.
  5. Remove the quesadilla from the air fryer and place one bell pepper strip in the top middle to look like a stem. Serve with sour cream and salsa!
