Italian Zucchini
Zucchini goes amazingly well with tomato sauce. Zucchini has a natural sweetness that comes out when it cooks, complementing the acidity in tomato sauce. This dish is simple, but you’ll be impressed with how delicious it is with just a handful of ingredients. Excerpted from The “I Love My Instant Pot®” Three-Step Recipe Book by Robin Fields.
