  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  2. Select -Roast- 380°F -for 12 minutes.  Press Start.  
  3. Once the Air Fryer shows  ‘ADD FOOD’ , open the basket and place the brussels sprouts.  
  4. Close the Air Fryer basket.  
  5. Once the Air Fryer shows  ‘TURN FOOD' flip the brussels sprouts with tongs.  
  6. Close the basket to continue cooking.  
  7. Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the basket, and place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl. 
  8. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil, the balsamic vinegar, and the honey over the roasted brussels sprouts. Toss to coat evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
Recipe Notes

Chef’s tip: If you have some brussels sprouts that are very large, cut them into quarters. They should all be cut about the same size to ensure even cooking.
