Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets each fillet weighing about 100-113g
- 1/2- lb asparagus ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp herbs de Provence mix
- 1/2 lemon - thinly sliced

- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon herbs de Provence mix.
- Place the salmon fillets in the Air Fryer basket and brush the butter mixture onto the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon fillets and place the lemon slices on them.
- Close the Air Fryer basket, Select- ROAST- 400°F -15 minutes.
- Press Start.
- Once the Air Fryer shows the ‘ADD FOOD’ sign, open the Air Fryer basket and place the salmon into the Air Fryer basket.
- Close the basket.
- Meanwhile, place the asparagus on a cooking pan, and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put it aside.
- Once the AF shows the ‘Turn Food’ sign, remove the Air Fryer basket and arrange asparagus in the Air Fryer basket.
- Close the Air Fryer basket and let it continue to cook.
- Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the Air Fryer basket and let the food rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the salmon fillets with asparagus evenly on each serving plate.
