Oatmeal, a Healthy Breakfast
One of our family’s favorite breakfasts is this very simple Apple Cinnamon Rolled Oats. My kids love it, its super healthy, and it is unbelievably simple to make. I simply throw all of the ingredients into our Instant Pot, push a button, and walk away! I have even set the timer the night before, so it’s ready when we get up.

Ingredients
  • 2cups rolled oatsuse gluten free if needed
  • 4cups Water
  • 1 applecored and diced
  • cinnamonto taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
  2. Close and lock the lid. Use the “Rice” function to cook the oatmeal. When time is up, quick release the pressure.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Note: If you use Steel Cut Oats increase the water to 5 cups and push the multigrain button for 20 minutes.
