- 2 espresso pods
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar

- Touch the Power key of the Instant Pod coffee maker. Open the top cover of the Instant Pod coffee maker. Insert an espresso pod. Close the top cover.
- Place your mug onto the drip tray plate.
- Select the 2oz option from the espresso section.
- When the water stops dripping, open the top cover of the Instant Pod coffee maker.
- Insert another espresso pod. Close the top cover.
- Select the 2oz option from the espresso section.
- When the water stops dripping, pour the coffee and add 4 tbsp of sugar into the instant pot. Stir it well to combine.
- Select the Sauté-High.
- Stir constantly. Boil it down until it becomes a thicker consistency (about 3 tbsp of liquid.).Press Cancel.
- Remove the pot and transfer into the stainless bowl.
- Use a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium to high speed for about 5 minutes or until meringue forms.
- There are 2 ways of using this whipped coffee:
- a. If you are using to drink as coffee fill a glass with ice, cold milk and cold espresso. Serve!
- b. If you are using for a dessert fill a glass with any diced cheesecake you like (Japanese cheesecake goes well with this whipped coffee) and top with the whipped coffee. Serve with a spoon for mixing. Serve!
