Made this last night came out great only wished that i had the spinach that it called for
So good! I added sweet corn salsa and used cornbread mix instead. I did add a little more milk to the cornbread mix to thin it out. Everyone loved it!
Cooked the casserol in the oven.
There were no reviews, so i decided to try it… not bad! I used Red Lobster biscuit mix – I would recommend following the biscuit mix directions instead of the recipe for the topping. Really good, will make again
Easy to make. Had to split in half because we only have a 3qt Instant Pot.
I was looking for recipes for the Vortex. Sorry you don’t have any and I can’t find a cookbook either Guess I’ll return the Vortex

The texture turned out more like a steamed quiche; The biscuit mixture having two eggs, and then steam cooking. It’s interesting. It tastes good, but Personally, will not make again.
I made this last night and it was very easy to make and tasted good. Thank you so much!
